The Precinct is located at the southern tip of the City. It covers Yongkang District (with a total of 43 villages and 1,095 neighborhoods). It is next to Sinhua Precinct to the east, Guiren Precinct to the south, Shanhua Precinct to the north, and it borders the First, Third and Fifth Precincts to the west.
